Shipping & Returns Policy
Please allow up to 3 business days handling upon ordering your product(s). We endeavour to have these shipped to you (or one of our trusted dealers across Australia) within 10 business days in total. This may vary depending on couriers and stock availability.
At OPTION 4WD Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we have a straightforward returns policy in place to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund (minus bank or credit card fees). If the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will also cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned package from the shipper, you can expect to receive your refund within two weeks. In most cases, refunds are processed even faster. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (10 business days), our processing time (5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days).
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will promptly provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
If you encounter any issues with your purchase and are not satisfied, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within the designated return period. We are committed to resolving any problems and ensuring your complete satisfaction.
Please note that our refund policy does not apply to items that have been fitted, used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way. Additionally, the policy does not cover products that have been dropped or damaged.
For a successful return, please ensure that all products are returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for all postage and insurance costs associated with the return, except in cases where the product is incorrect or faulty. In such instances, OPTION 4WD Australia will cover the cost of return.
We highly recommend using a courier service and prepaying the postage when returning the product. This will ensure secure and efficient transit. Please note that any risk of lost, theft, or damage during transit is the responsibility of the buyer.
We advise you to obtain shipment registration or insurance with your chosen postal carrier to safeguard against such circumstances.
OPTION 4WD Australia will not be held liable for parcels lost or damaged during transit if insurance is not opted for.
